INSTRUCTION FOR DEMO PRESENTATION IN POSTER SESSION

■The ISOM Committee will provide the following equipment for the demo presentation.
　・Poster board (Same as other poster presentation)
　・Demonstration table
　　(Width 180 cm x Depth 60 cm x Height 70 cm, Load weight limit: 25 kg)
　・Internet connection via WiFi in conference site
　・100V-5A AC outlet (Type B, 3 pins)

■The ISOM committee may support shipping costs for equipment for demonstration presentations.
　・Please fill out the estimated costs on the form and send it to the secretariat office according to the instructions below, and please wait for a reply from the secretariat.
　・Proof such as a receipt, invoice, or estimate is required for payment.
　・The ISOM committee will pay in cash at the conference reception desk.

■Application procedure.
　・Download the application form.
　・Fill in the form and send it to ISOM secretariat by e-mail (secretary＠isom.jp).
