1.Purpose
The fields of ISOM include optical memory, imaging, sensing, and other related technologies. In the Technical Exhibition, you will exhibit or promote through brochures the latest or currently under-development optical equipment, components, materials, and software technologies related to these fields. You will provide information to participants and hold discussions on the future trends and possibilities of these technologies.

2.Date and Time
Monday, October 21, 2024　8:30-17:30 (Preparation 8:00～)
Tuesday, October 22, 2024　8:30-17:30 (Preparation 8:00～)
Wednesday, October 23, 2024　8:30-15:00 (Preparation 8:00～)

Exhibit installation and setup: Sunday, October 20, 2024, 12:00-17:00
Carry-out and removal: All materials must be removed by Wednesday, October 23, 17:00.

3.Venue
Arcrea HIMEJI, 4th floor
143-2, Kamiyacho, Himeji, Hyogo, 670-0836, Japan

4.Booth
Exhibition area: W1800×D1500mm
Facilities provided by ISOM:
-　1 table: W1800 mm × D600 mm × H720 mm (load capacity: 20 kg, with a white cloth to cover exhibits overnight)
-　Power source: AC 100 V, 60 Hz, maximum 100W, with two power outlets
Exhibition fee: 100,000 JPY (includes ISOM’24 registration fee for 1 person)

Notes:
If you require additional power sources or equipment, such as signage, please contact us separately.
No open flames and no cooling water.
If there are heavy items, the exhibitor must prepare a load-bearing table, etc.
The cost of transporting the exhibited equipment to the venue and all related procedures are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Valuables in the exhibition booth may need to be kept in a designated room at night. The room will be locked at night.
The booth must be restored to its original condition upon removal.

5.Application deadline
If you are interested in this exhibition, please first let us know by August 18, 2024.
Please fill out the necessary information on the application form and send it to us by September 1, 2024.

6.Notification of Application Reception
We will notify you whether your application for the exhibition has been accepted by September 9, 2024. We will also provide information on installation and removal at the same time.
